A show-ready property means much better media. Use this checklist to get every space camera-ready before the photographer arrives.

A little prep goes a long way

Our photographers are here to make your listing shine — but they’re not a cleaning or staging crew, and they can’t tidy or rearrange the home. The property needs to be completely show-ready before we arrive so we can focus entirely on capturing it at its best. Prep that isn’t finished ahead of time eats into the shoot, and because our photographers run a full schedule, it can affect their ability to reach other clients’ appointments on time.

Please have everything put away in advance rather than moving items from room to room during the shoot — it lets us nail every angle and video pass without delays and respects the time set aside for your property. Ideally, our photographer walks in and works straight through, with no waiting on prep:
